OUR PROGRAMS

 

Every child in USAIS needs to undergo at least four years of early years education and  six years of compulsory primary education. Students have to sit for examinations at the end of each school year in their kindergarten education and primary education.

The school year is divided into four terms. The first term begins in the beginning of September and ends in November; the second begins in December and ends in February; the third begins in March and ends in May and the fourth begins in June and ends in August.

Academic Enrichment
 

​​Our Approach

 

The school offers the following enrichment programs and activities to enhance the learning experiences of our students. We strongly belive that these programes help our students to do better in class, outside the class and generally in life.

 

  • Reading Project:

 

Students who study in K1 up reads one story per week and make a book report according to their level.

 

  • Outdoor Activities:

 

Students are given two oportuinities per term to participate in organized outdoor activities. These activities are related to the lessons they learn a school. These activities have helped our students to improve their social and interpersonal skills.

 

  • Ozone Garden Club:

 

USAIS has given priority towing and to teach students about the importance of taking care of the mother Earth. The Ozone garden club helps students to engage in growing and taking care of the plants. Students learn how plants grow through their own observations.

 

  • Chess Club:

 

The school offers chess coaching classes once a week. All students who studies in grade 1, 2 & 3 are allowed to take lessons. We have many junior chess masters at school currently.

 

  • Music Class:

 

USAIS offers recorder practice sessions once a week for those who studies in Grade 1, 2 & 3. These classes are conducted free of charge for our students.
